About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for our valued clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Assist clients in setting up and configuring their IT systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide accurate and effective support.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.

  • Familiarity with common business applications and productivity software.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to issue resolution.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
